At Nkuku, we want you to be delighted with your ethically sourced home goods, but if a piece isn't quite right, you can return it within 28 days of receipt for a full refund. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition to ensure a smooth processing of your request.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Securely

  Carefully repack your items in their original protective wrap and boxes to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the return form is included inside.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid return label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery information.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage receipt until your refund has been processed.
